On October 17, 2025, at the 19th RemaxWorld Expo in Zhuhai in Booth 3420, Zhono launched its U.S. Customer Support Center following a firmware technical session. The inauguration ceremony, attended by global customers and company officials, culminated in CEO Jack Wang and the U.S. Subsidiary CEO Susan Chen jointly unveiling the plaque. This milestone event signifies a pivotal evolution in Zhono's global strategy—transitioning from product export to localized service.

The U.S. Customer Support Center complements the existing European center, completing Zhono's strategic footprint across these two core markets. This also marks the establishment of a dual-engine product + service model in both key regions. Going forward, the support center will provide local customers with rapid response, professional technical support, and comprehensive, end-to-end services.
